Guest Terms & Space-D Out Protection
By booking through Space-D Out Ltd you agree to the following:
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are hourly only. No overnight stays.
- Payment is processed by Space-D Out Ltd via Stripe and passed 100% to the Landlord.
- Cancellations follow the Landlord's cancellation policy shown on the listing.
2. Space-D Out Protection
Every confirmed and paid booking is covered by our Master Host Liability Insurance up to £5,000,000.
This covers:
- Accidental damage to the property caused by you during your booking
- Public Liability for guest injury during your booking
What's NOT covered:
- Intentional damage, theft, or illegal activity
- Damage outside of your booked time slot
- Personal belongings
3. Your Responsibilities
- Treat the space with respect and leave it as you found it
- Follow all house rules listed on the space page
- Report any damage immediately to Space-D Out Support and the Landlord
- You may be liable for damage not covered by insurance
4. Landlord Responsibility
- All spaces are verified for safety and ownership before going live
- Landlords must provide a safe, clean space that matches the listing
5. Claims
If there's an issue during your booking: Email support@space-d-out.com within 24 hours with photos, booking ID, and details.
By completing your booking you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
